Registration deadline for the 13th Annual DiversitySummit is Tuesday January 26th at Noon.
The Commission on Equal Opportunity and Diversity (CEOD) in cooperation with the Division of Student Affairs, the Student Government Association, and the Office for Equity and Inclusion will be coordinating the 13th Annual Diversity Summit.
The Diversity Summit will be held at the Commonwealth Ballroom in Squires Student Center.
The theme for the 13th Annual Diversity Summit is: Insight and Perspective into the Asian/Asian American Community at Virginia Tech.
The Diversity Summit provides the Virginia Tech Community a unique opportunity to engage and interact with each other on issues of diversity and inclusion. The planning committee has developed a range of activities that will be interactive and informative. The Diversity Summit serves as the culminating event of the University MLK celebrations.

Gobblerfest, a welcome festival for students, staff, faculty, and community members, will be held Friday, August 28 from 2 p.m. to midnight outside of Squires Student Center and the Graduate Life Center at Donaldson Brown, and up College Avenue into the downtown business district. The event, a part of Hokie Hi, is free, and students, staff, faculty, and community members are encouraged to attend.
Activities will include games, food, and prizes, as well as the business expo, VT-Engage volunteer fair, student organization showcase, music, and the Class of 2011 Kickoff Concert and pep rally.
*If it rains this afternoon, Gobblerfest will be held in Commonwealth Ballroom @ Squires Student Center*
